Our story began on a wet November evening in a London restaurant in 1999. A group of us - freelance broadcasters - were making a mint on the voiceover circuit, exercising our dulcet tones on some of the major TV ad campaigns like B.T., HomeBase and Pizza Hut.

We got excited at the prospect of offering our talents - and those of our colleagues in programme production - direct to the customer at a fraction of the rates charged by the big London agencies. Our mission was to bring the most powerful marketing medium - video - within the budget of any organisation.

With this germ of an idea, various product streams were tried and tested. Running in parallel with this development phase was the emergence of digital technology, enabling broadcast quality video production at a fraction of the cost of traditional analogue media.

A limited company was formed in 2002, adopting the name IntroDisk from November 2004.

So here we are...! IntroDisk is a different kind of video production company - no staff, no premises, no overheads; just a dedicated team of experienced freelance broadcast professionals, committed to offering a top quality product at an affordable price, direct to our clients.
